During this promotion, we will still provide order processing, logistics, and after-sales service as promised.

2. Billing Terms (One-Time Purchase)
   All products on this website are one-time purchases.

After a customer pays the order amount, it only represents the purchase of the goods and related services in the current order and does not include any subscription services, membership fees, automatic renewals, or recurring charges.

The merchant will not charge any additional fees without the customer’s authorization.

The product price, shipping cost, and total order amount will be clearly displayed before the customer submits the order.

After successful payment, the goods will be processed and shipped according to the order information.

3. Order Processing Time
   Shipping Location: US Warehouse.

Order Processing Time: Processed on the same day the order is confirmed.

After order payment is confirmed, we will arrange inventory confirmation, packaging, and shipping preparation as soon as possible.

4. Shipping and Delivery Service
   Shipping Time: Approximately 2 days.

Goods will be shipped from the US warehouse and delivered to the customer’s provided delivery address via a partner logistics service provider.

Actual delivery time may be slightly delayed due to weather, holidays, logistics conditions, or uncontrollable factors.

Customers should ensure that they provide accurate and complete shipping information to avoid delivery failures or delays.

5. Returns Service
   Customers can submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the goods. Even if the goods have been opened, customers can still contact customer service to apply for a return as long as they meet the return requirements.

Please contact us before returning the goods to obtain the return process and relevant address information. Packages returned without confirmation may not be processed promptly.

After the goods are returned, we will process the refund after confirming that the goods are in good condition.

6. Refund Processing
   After the refund application is approved, the refund will be returned to the customer’s payment account via the original payment method within 3 days.

The actual arrival time may vary depending on the processing speed of the bank or payment institution.

The refund amount is usually processed based on the actual payment amount of the eligible order.

7. Customer Responsibility

Before purchasing goods, customers should confirm:

The shipping address and contact information are accurate;
